Duck season starts early this year as the Boise State Broncos travel to Eugene Oregon Saturday Sept 20th for their show down with the Ducks. The Oregon Ducks are admittedly our biggest challenge so far this season, and will give the Broncos the chance to once again reach out and grab a little respect. Since the fairy book ending in the 2007 Fiesta Bowl where BSU downed Oklahoma 43-42 in overtime with their now famous hook and ladder and statue of liberty plays; the Broncos must answer some questions... can the very young team play at the standards that have come to be expected by the Bronco Nation. Can our new offensive line give the promising red shirt freshman quarterback Kellen Moore the protection he needs, and can the nations fifth strongest rushing attack of Ian Johnson and Jeremy Avery penetrate into the secondary of a strong team such as oregon. The Broncos have looked good in their first two games of the season against Idaho State and Bowling Green... All I can say is Bring on the Ducks!
