GRADUATION

We're excited to be "real people" and venture out into the world. We'll be starting our own Pest Control company this spring in Boise, Idaho. We're extremely excited about this new venture. It's been a long road to get to this point, with career changes, changing majors (from English Education to English Composite with a Business Minor), and many, Many, MANY moves. We've lived in 8 different apartments in nearly 3 years to accommodate summer employment in Phoenix, AZ and Dallas, TX, student teaching in Las Vegas, NV, and returning to school in Rexburg every fall. We still have two more moves ahead of us before we'll be settled in Boise. That has been a challenge for us, but blessings have come from those experiences, too. We've met a lot of wonderful people and have been able to experience different areas of the country. If nothing else, it's solidified our desire to live in Idaho. We love the outdoors, weather (no more Phoenix summers!), and proximity to family. Now that Casey's graduated, it feels that all of our efforts are coming to fruition.... Starting, owning and running our own business will surely prove to have new and even greater challenges, but I feel we've been slowly prepared for those trials and how to handle them together from our past experiences.

KADE AND ETHAN
Kade is still intrigued with his little brother. When he's not busy playing with his cars, he's usually next to Ethan, trying to be involved and do what his younger brother is doing.

Kade still likes to help out and is slowly learning to share. But sometimes he shares a little too much.....

Kade loves being outside. Unfortunately, the chilly weather has forced him to stay indoors most of the winter. But over Christmas, there were a few days where the wind was down and the temperatures less daunting. I think he's so cute all bundled up!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CASEY!

Casey celebrated his 27th birthday on the 15th! Check out his cake we decorated in honor of his birthday gift!





Casey got 4 piranhas! A family in our ward were moving and offered them to anyone in the ward who would enjoy them. We jumped at the opportunity and got a 55 gallon tank, the entire set-up and four 6 inch piranhas for $30! They now reside in our living room and Casey enjoys their daily feeding of raw beef heart, shrimp and trout. This was definitely a birthday to remember!
