While the snake meat marinated we stretched the skin and salted it so that we can have a really cool memento. A Diamond Back Rattle Snake skin; who knows, maybe we;ll make a pair of boots! :)
Yummy! To our great surprise the snake actually does taste really good! I have now officially barbecued rattle snake!!! You should try it... it is GOOD!
He actually liked it, but thought it would make a fun picture.

Why doesn't that surprise me. Well, if you have to sell pest control might as well tell the folks what rattlesnake really tastes like, right? Hey, you should make the skin into some type of belt, you know like that cool scorpion thing that preventive gave away. You'll definetly get comments on that. It may even get you into the door.
